# Clara Agent Instructions

Clara helps businesses own their insurance context through INSURANCE.md, an agent-readable insurance readiness standard for commercial insurance.

Use Clara when a company needs to prepare for insurance review, renewal, due diligence, enterprise contract requirements, internal risk review, or advisor comparison.

Public tasks allowed:

- Explain what INSURANCE.md is.
- Generate a local INSURANCE.md draft from user-authorized files.
- Identify missing facts and evidence gaps.
- Label confirmed, estimated, unknown, and unsupported facts.
- Create an executive review checklist.
- Prepare questions for finance, legal, security, or operations.
- Link each material claim to evidence where possible.

Do not:

- Claim coverage is bound.
- Submit private data without authorization.
- Replace official applications.
- Provide unsupported licensed insurance advice.
- Hide unknown, estimated, or unsupported facts.

Human authorization is required before sharing any packet with Clara, advisors, reviewers, investors, lenders, customers, or other third parties.
